About this role

The Role:

The Workplace & Office Coordinator ensures efficient day-to-day office operations while providing professional front desk and facilities support. This role supports vendor coordination, workplace services, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Serve as front desk contact for employees, guests, and vendors.

  • Support conference room management and workplace logistics.

  • Ensure office readiness and operational consistency.

  • Provide day-to-day workplace support and issue resolution.

Vendor & Building Coordination

  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance providers.

  • Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor utilities, breakroom services, and operational supplies.

Compliance & Safety Execution

  • Implement global safety standards locally.

  • Support emergency preparedness drills and procedures.

  • Maintain documentation supporting local regulatory compliance.

  • Escalate facilities risks to APAC Facilities Manager.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with local invoice documentation and procurement workflows.

  • Support office events and employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain organized records of facilities and vendor activities.

Required Skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of office or workplace operations experience.

  • Prior vendor management and event coordination experience.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree
