What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to new and existing Verizon Business or Consumer customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and close sales
