Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager
About this role
- Manage the receipt, storage, and
dispatch of high-value stock.
- Implement stringent security protocols
and CCTV monitoring for high-value items.
- Oversee delivery schedules and
inventory transfers between branches.
- Manage the warehouse team (Ops
Officers) and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and
quarterly audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,
and environmental regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum
space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and
logistics partners for import shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all
inbound and outbound shipments.
- Investigate and report any incidents
of loss, damage, or theft.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Logistics,
Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Transport Management.
- Minimum 7 years in
warehouse management, preferably with high-value or sensitive goods.
- Industry Background: Luxury Retail
Logistics, High-Security Logistics Firms, Pharmaceutical Distribution, or
Banking Cash-in-Transit operations.
- Inventory management systems
(ERP/SAP).
- Security and risk management
protocols.
- Logistics planning and route
optimization.
- Team leadership and delegation.
- Problem-solving under pressure.
- Knowledge of customs and excise
regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
warehouse software.
