About this role
Drive and support structured performance management frameworks across the organization
Partner with business leaders to embed a performance-driven culture
Monitor KPIs and provide HR insights to improve team productivity and accountability
Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
Track workforce metrics including retention, engagement, performance trends, and workforce costs
Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership review
Support strategic hiring initiatives aligned with workforce planning
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and succession pipelines
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Identify competency gaps and coordinate relevant training initiatives
Support leadership development and succession planning programs
Monitor ROI on learning interventions
Champion employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Partner with leadership to drive a positive, high-performance culture
Support change management initiatives
Support compensation reviews and bench marking exercises
Ensure fair and competitive reward structures aligned with company policy
Contribute to succession planning strategies
Identify high-potential employees and support development plans
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience in a structured, performance-driven organization
Proven exposure to performance management frameworks and HR analytics
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and succession support
Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with business leaders
Excellent communication skills, refined presentation, and strong professional presence
Well-spoken with good diction and executive-level interaction capability
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (required)
Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or related discipline (highly desirable)
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage
