Community Inclusion Advisor
About this role
Connect services and empower families to give every young child the best start in life.
As our Community Inclusion Advisor, you’ll play a vital role connecting early years services across the borough, helping young children thrive and building strong foundations for local families.
Working Style

What you’ll be doing
Your focus will be on delivering our Best Start in Life priorities, making sure young children and families receive seamless, joined-up support. You might visit a school, nursery or Family Hub, collaborate with health and social care partners, or host an evidence-based workshop for parents to strengthen the home learning environment.
You’ll lead efforts to improve Good Level of Development outcomes, supporting early learning, school readiness and positive transitions into Reception. A key part of your role involves bringing together schools, private, voluntary and independent providers and community partners to create clear, accessible pathways for local families.
