About this role

Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.

 

 

Mission:

Carry out the necessary activities related to industrial maintenance, ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintenance best practices.
 
Responsibilities: 
• Perform failure diagnostics and ensure preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance of machines and equipment, in accordance with defined procedures and technical standards.
• Ensure compliance with the work order planning.
• Ensure the assembly and installation of new machines and/or systems, in line with technical specifications and applicable safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and carry out necessary adjustments to optimize operational efficiency. This may include PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming or adjustments to automation systems.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed, including failure reports, replaced parts, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established internal procedures and standards.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of defined indicators.
• Apply and promote maintenance best practices.
• Consciously implement the Safety, Environment, and Quality recommendations communicated during work-start briefings.
• Actively collaborate with management in identifying and reporting deviations from expected Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements.
 
The talent we are looking for: 
•High school certificate
•Electromechanical certificate
•Experience in Electricity (mandatory)
•ATEX knowledge (nice to have)
