Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the global Bionutrition portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment between global functions and regional teams.
- Support strategic product positioning, product lifecycle management, and initiatives focused on profitable and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, BI, and regional teams to implement portfolio strategies and product launches.
- Conduct portfolio and market analyses, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business case development.
- Support global product launch execution, ensuring alignment in branding, communication, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, strategic analyses, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Translate global strategies into regional action plans, providing ongoing support and guidance to regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in Bionutrition, Crop Nutrition, Biostimulants, Biologicals, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, market segmentation, product positioning, and value proposition development.
- Experience working in multicultural and global matrix environments.
- Advanced/Fluent English and Fluent Spanish are required.
- Analytical, collaborative, and organized profile with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- MBA or postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
