Monday- Friday (plus one weekend per month)

Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly to customer calls, perform detailed inspections, identify the issue with accuracy, presents clear solutions and estimates, and confidently closes the job with strong service and sales skills.
• Installs and repairs a wide range of plumbing fixtures, including, but not limited to, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and garbage disposals, with precision and efficiency.
• Performs sewer and drain cleaning in a variety of environments-including basements, rooftops, tight spaces, and other challenging locations, while ensuring each job site is cleaned and restored to its original condition.
• Creates clear, accurate invoices, calculates total service costs, collects payments, and communicates Roto-Rooter's service guarantees to customers.
• Wrap up each call professionally and head to the next with a clean slate and a ready mindset.

 

Requirements:

• A Valid Driver's License.
• Required to hold a State Journeyman's Plumbing License.
• Full Knowledge of plumbing systems is essential for performing duties.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills for effective customer service.
