Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our small, lean team of ten engineers. We are seeking a candidate with a strong backend focus, startup experience (Pre-seed to Series B), and a passion for healthcare. This individual will be a core team member, taking on significant ownership to help scale our core services and build new Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows.
What will you be doing?
Build and ship complex backend services and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models.
Take ownership of zero-to-one projects, from prototyping MVPs to hardening them into scalable, secure, and reliable production systems.
Help scale our existing, widely adopted products as we launch to more organizations.
Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality standards.
Collaborate within a flat engineering structure, working directly with other engineers and the CTO.
