We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 4+ years of experience to serve as a force multiplier for the founding team at a fast-growing AI healthcare startup. You'll report directly to the founders, taking on high-impact projects across every function of the business—from sales and customer success to product, engineering, and hiring. This is a true generalist role for someone who is sharp, unusually capable, and thrives in ambiguity. What will you be doing?
Partner directly with the founders, freeing up their bandwidth on the company's highest priorities
Own cross-functional, high-impact initiatives end-to-end—turning ambiguous problems into shipped outcomes
Streamline operations across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring
Handle admin, logistics, coordination, and communications to keep the company running smoothly
Take on urgent, undefined problems that don't yet have an owner and drive them to resolution
