The Optimist brings a menu of casual, wood-fired fare to Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, transporting landlocked Tennesseans coast side to experience fresh, sustainably sourced seafood.
The Optimist is seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about creating memories!
The Optimist is seeking a passionate collaborator who wants to be part of a fast-moving, creative team that helps shape guest experiences. The beverage menu at The Optimist is designed with fresh, seasonal, and deliciously un-manipulated libations, highlighting old sea-faring nations’ spirits of choice: rum and gin crafted into seasonally appropriate, bright, and focused cocktails. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests. Competitive pay - $5.15 to $14.00/hr. + tips - based on experience and ability
