This position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing.
Essential Duties
Responsible for repairs to major finishing defects for high end quality furniture.
Must be skilled in all facets of the wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressing.
Responsible for keeping up with inventory and ordering materials from Mohawk.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
QualificationsPosition Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must have 1 year of experience in finish repair of high quality casegoods furniture

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist throughout the day
Frequent repetitive motions requiring grasping, pushing, and pulling
Repetitive foot use to operate controls
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently; occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
