Insect product for defects. Ensuring quality before product is shipped.

Position Details

Inspect furniture, placing on lift if necessary.
Check ticket for proper information and instructions
Remove all loose strings
Use air hose to blow cotton fragments off of piece if necessary
Clean soiled areas using proper cleaner to remove any marks
Check for bad stitching or seams
Check for too small or large welt
Check for flaws in fabric or scars in material
Check for proper cushion fit and proper fabric match
Steam out wrinkles where needed
Place deck labels and proper hang tag in each piece

QualificationsPosition Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to read route sheets
Previous inspection experience a plus

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 25 to 100 pounds to lift table
Able to inspect 100 to 150 pieces of furniture a day
Bending, stooping, and twisting throughout 9 hour shift
Standing 9 hours a day
Able to load product onto finish chain
