The Position
Regelmässig Absolvierung eines Studiums in einem für den Fachbereich relevanten Gebiet.
Mögliche Übernahme einer Vielzahl von Aufgaben im jeweiligen Fachbereich und/oder von Spezialprojekten. Das Ziel der Einsätze besteht darin, dass die Praktikanten ihre akademischen oder beruflichen Kenntnisse in einem Roche-Umfeld praktisch anwenden und gleichzeitig die Roche-Organisation näher kennenlernen.
Die Aufgaben variieren, dienen jedoch in der Regel der Unterstützung der regulären Mitarbeitenden. Dazu gehören beispielsweise erste Research- und Reporting-Tätigkeiten, Analysen und Modellierungen, die Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für andere, die Koordination kleinerer Events oder Meetings sowie die Optimierung grundlegender Abteilungsabläufe (z. B. Ablage- oder Archivierungssysteme, Abteilungsbibliotheken etc.).
Die Dauer des Praktikums variiert je nach geschäftlichem Bedarf und den gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen des jeweiligen Landes, in dem das Praktikum stattfindet.
