Are you a charismatic, communicative, and structured trainer with a passion for beauty and sales? We are now looking for an inspiring and passionate Nordic Trainer to join our Nordic Training Team at Rituals, based in Oslo, Norway.
This is a one-year temporary position covering maternity leave, starting in September 2026 and running through September 2027.

As a Trainer, you will be part of our Nordic Training Team, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and summarizing our training needs across the Nordics. You will also execute, follow up on, and develop training programs for Area Managers and store staff.
Your key responsibilities include:
Analysis of Needs: Identify key training needs and set development objectives aligned with business goals
Training Plan: Create structured proposals and annual plans based on identified needs
Training Development: Design, update, and improve relevant training content and materials
Training Delivery: Facilitate clear, engaging sessions digitally, class-room and in-store with focus on sales and customer experience
Coordination: Support and coordinate planning and execution of trainings across the region
Reporting: Collect and present training data to optimize learning outcomes and decision-making. You Report directly to Martin, Head of Training in the Nordics.
Tools & Instruments: Maintain and improve digital tools to support effective training delivery.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of five and contribute to cross-functional projects and content development.
This is a field-based role with frequent travel across the Nordics, primarily in Norway. You will visit stores to deliver in-person training, with approximately one day per week dedicated to administrative work. Travel will be planned in collaboration with local Area Managers and Martin, Head of Training. The role includes around 4–6 nights of business travel per month.
Kvalifikasjoner
We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience in a similar role, including e-learning creation
A post-secondary education in a relevant field
Experience from training leaders and retail teams
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
Driving licence is required for this role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Confidence working in Teams and other digital learning platforms

You are confident in working independently in the field and thrive in a role with variation, travel, and collaboration. You love to see people grow through coaching and feedback. Mastering coaching skills is something you will use on a day to day basis.
You are also structured, responsive, and solution-oriented. You bring high quality to your work and understand the power of impactful learning experiences. You enjoy working both physically in-store and digitally, and you know how to connect with people across different markets and cultures.
