About the Role:

We are seeking an ICT Systems Analyst to assess client technology environments and design solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Full-time permanent position. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse existing client systems and identify limitations, risks, and improvement opportunities

- Design and document technical solutions and system architectures

- Evaluate hardware, software, and infrastructure options and make recommendations

- Develop and review technical specifications and system documentation

- Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the design and implementation phases

- Test and validate systems against requirements


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in systems analysis or a similar technical role

- Strong understanding of system design principles and enterprise IT environments

- Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, or enterprise applications desirable

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
