About the Role:

We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Full-time permanent role.  


Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements

- Analyse existing processes and recommend technology improvements

- Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation

- Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams

- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities

- Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectives


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business or systems analyst role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, or Agile methodologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in a consulting or client services environment desirable
