The Role

We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us find the talent that will shape Ringover's next chapter. You'll be working across our most business-critical hiring areas, Sales (AE, AM, BDR) and Care (CSM, Support), across multiple geographies including France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be sourcing candidates, running first calls, working on employer branding, and partnering closely with hiring managers to build the right processes. You'll learn fast, have real ownership from day one, and work in an environment where things move quickly.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing & Pipeline

• Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines before we need them

• Triage inbound applications and identify the strongest fits quickly and fairly

• Run intro calls to pre-screen candidates against clear criteria, and give them a great first impression of Ringover

Supporting Hiring Managers

• Partner with Sales and Care managers to write solid hiring briefs and define their ideal candidate persona

• Help review and improve scorecards to ensure we're evaluating candidates consistently and fairly

• Be a trusted sparring partner for managers who want to hire well, not just hire fast

Employer Branding & Events

• Contribute to our employer brand strategy, how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, on campuses

• Help organize and run recruiting events targeting candidates and students

• Think creatively about how we can stand out in competitive talent markets

What We're Looking For

• A first experience in a TA or recruiting role, either in-house (ideally in a fast-growing environment) or in a recruitment agency, this is non-negotiable

• Genuine passion for recruitment and for connecting people with the right opportunities

• Strong people skills, you're naturally curious, a good listener, and people enjoy talking to you

• Leadership mindset: you take ownership, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do

• Fluent in French and English, both are essential given our geographies. Spanish is a strong plus

• An existing network in the sales or CS talent space is a real advantage

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities shift and you need to adapt
