Job Description:


The Portfolio Delivery Manager will report to the Director of Operations India and support the successful delivery of Rightsline implementation, upgrade, and advancement projects. The role combines hands-on project delivery, customer engagement, project governance, and people management responsibilities. The individual will lead a small team of Delivery Leads while ensuring successful execution of customer projects, proactive risk management, and high-quality service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Leads, providing guidance, coaching, workload prioritization, and performance feedback.

• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation and advancement projects.

• Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reports.

• Act as the first level escalation point for project delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with leadership.

• Monitor project health, delivery KPIs, customer commitments, and implementation timelines.

• Facilitate project governance, customer status meetings, and internal delivery reviews.

• Partner with Solutions, Product, QA, and Enablement teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery risks.

• Track billable and non-billable utilization, project progress, and delivery milestones.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivery best practices.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration partners where required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

 

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in SaaS implementations, Professional Services, Project Management, Delivery Management, or Customer Success environments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring project teams.

• Experience managing multiple customer-facing software implementation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile or Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.

• Jira project management experience preferred.

• PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
