We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Home Care Assistants and Rapid Responders to support clients throughout County Cavan. We welcome applications from Cavan Town, Ballyjamesduff, Virginia, Bailieborough, Belturbet, Cootehill, Kingscourt, and surrounding areas. Required Competencies and Training

• Compassion, patience, and empathy

• Dependable and attentive, with a strong commitment to high-quality care

• Great communication skills with clients and support team

• Ability to work independently and follow policies and safety standards

• Experience providing care (desirable)

• 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) (required)

• Up-to-date Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training provided if needed)

• International Police Clearance (if applicable)

• Drivers with access to own car due to locations
