Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele calling Executive who will handle customer calls, provide information about spa services, and schedule appointments for clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Inform customers about spa services, offers, and memberships.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services.

  • Maintain customer data and update call records.

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat bookings.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Intermediate.

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or telesales (preferred).

  • Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Pleasant voice and convincing skills.
