About this role
RideNow Harley Davidson is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to join our team. This is a driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
- Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
- Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
- Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
- Deliver and pick up units to customers
- Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
- Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow
- Perform general support tasks as needed
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of delivery driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- This is a driving position—must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required)
- Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
