Starting Pay: $20/hour (with opportunity for increase)
Job Description:
Richmond Ford West is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accessory Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket and factory accessories on trucks and vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install truck accessories such as:
- Bed covers
- Bed liners
- Wheel well liners
- Inspect installations to ensure proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and dealership standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Additional Opportunities:
Candidates with experience or willingness to assist in building maintenance (basic repairs, upkeep, etc.) may be eligible for increased pay based on skill level and contribution.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Automotive or installation experience is a plus (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
