Compliance Engineer III (Hardware Controls)
About this role
The Compliance Engineer III (Hardware Controls) ensures that products meet all applicable UL safety standards and FCC electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electromagnetic interface (EMI) and radio frequency (RF) regulations. They develop and maintain technical files, regulatory compliance documentation, declarations of conformity, and risk assessments to support product launches and audits. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication across technical and non-technical groups, and the ability to balance safety, performance, and regulatory constraints in complex electronic control systems.
