Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Hier zeigst du dein Können: An unserer Frischetheke bist du sowohl im Bereich Fleisch, Wurst als auch an der Käsetheke im Einsatz
- Beratung & Verkauf: Mit deinem Know-how führst du professionelle Gespräche und gehst aktiv auf unsere Kund:innen zu
- Warenpräsentation: Du präsentierst unsere Frischwaren ansprechend und gestaltest die Verkaufstheken kreativ
- Organisation: Du übernimmst die Warendisposition, kontrollierst die Qualität und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe hinter den Kulissen
Das zeichnet Dich aus
- Qualifikation: Idealerweise erste Berufspraxis im Einzelhandel – z. B. als Bäckereifachverkäufer:in, Fleischereifachverkäufer:in, Verkäufer:in oder Kassierer:in. Auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen
- Warenkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich sind von Vorteil
- Kundenkontakt: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und trittst freundlich sowie serviceorientiert auf
- Teamgeist: Zusammenarbeit liegt dir – du bringst dich zuverlässig ein und denkst kundenorientiert
