Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Marktorganisation:Übernehmen der Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Steuerung aller Abläufe im Markt – von der Sortimentsgestaltung über die Warenpräsentation bis hin zur Verkaufsförderung
- Kennzahlen im Blick: Du analysierst Umsatz-, Kosten- und Inventurentwicklungen und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur wirtschaftlichen Optimierung des Marktes ab
- Prozesse & Standards: Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses und sicherstellen, dass gesetzliche sowie unternehmensinterne Vorgaben konsequent eingehalten werden
- Qualität & Kundenorientierung: Mit deinem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse schaffst du ein Einkaufserlebnis, das begeistert und Vertrauen schafft
- Teamführung: Du führst und entwickelst dein Team mit klarer Kommunikation, planst den Personaleinsatz und förderst eine motivierende, leistungsstarke Arbeitsatmosphäre
Das zeichnet Dich aus
- Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Ein Abschluss als Handelsfachwirt ist ein willkommenes Plus
- Verantwortung & Führung: Ob als stellv. Marktleiter/Filialleiter, Substitut oder aus anderen Bereichen wie Gastronomie oder Hotellerie – entscheidend ist dein Engagement
- Erfahrung: Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how und ein gutes Verständnis für die Abläufe im Handel helfen dir, den Überblick zu behalten und wirtschaftlich zu denken
- Kundenkontakt: Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus
- Teamgeist: Du bringst Organisationstalent mit, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
