Founding Head of Marketing

You will own how REVEL's story gets told to the world, and you will build the function that tells it.

About REVEL

REVEL turns human skill into robot intelligence. We are a US company building a robotics and Physical AI startup in the open, with R&D offices in Prague and Hradec Králové. We are backed by leading European and US deep tech and Physical AI investors.

The role

This is our founding marketing hire, and it is a leadership role. You will build REVEL's marketing from close to zero: the strategy, the brand, the channels, and eventually the team. We build in public, so your job is to turn what happens in our lab into a story that US investors, engineers, and customers actually want to follow.

You will start hands on, doing the work yourself. As we grow, you will hire and lead a small team under you, a videographer and editor and a content person, and own your own budget.

This position is in person in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

Own REVEL's marketing strategy and brand end to end, and report directly to the founders.

Run REVEL's LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube as a single, coherent story.

Lead our build-in-public motion. Make the company impossible to ignore in robotics and Physical AI.

Produce content that is both fast and genuinely good. Daily short-form shot and edited on a phone, plus polished, professional pieces when the moment calls for it.

Plan and produce a recurring long-form YouTube series with the founders.

Be in the lab with a camera. Capture robot footage, hardware shots, and team moments, then repurpose every long piece into platform-native shorts across four channels.

Run a monthly metrics review. Cut what does not work. Double down on what does.

Make the founders better online. Edit their drafts, and be brave enough to tell them when a post is bad.

Build the team. As volume grows, hire and lead the people who produce alongside you.

What we are looking for

Real marketing judgment. You can set direction, not just execute a calendar handed to you.

Genuinely fluent, native-level English. You will be writing copy read by US investors, engineers, and customers, and it has to land.

Strong on video. You shoot and edit well yourself, on a phone for speed and to a higher bar when it matters. You can show us your work.

Real fluency on LinkedIn and X. You already have opinions about what works and why.

Genuine interest in technology and startups. You do not need to be technical, but you need to be curious about how robotics works.

Hungry. The best version of this hire treats building REVEL's brand as the most interesting career move of their twenties.

What this is not

An ad agency role. A social media scheduler job. A safe corporate marketing position.

We move fast and ship things that are not polished. That is the point.

Logistics

Full-time. Competitive pay plus founding-team equity.

Location: Prague

Schedule: regular days in person with the founders.
