Senior Product Manager
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5+ years of product management experience building B2B, product-led growth (PLG) products who has a track record of owning end-to-end product outcomes in fast-moving startup environments. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, working across real-time audio, telephony workflows, agent behavior, and developer tools, and have demonstrated ability to ship products that drive measurable customer adoption and business impact. Bonus points if you have experience working on AI products, particularly voice AI.
What you'll do:
Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation — defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics based on real customer pain and business impact
Develop deep customer understanding by spending time with users, reviewing call transcripts, joining onboarding/support sessions, and directly engaging with customers to uncover unmet needs
Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs that define customer problems, requirements, end-to-end user journeys, and proposed solutions — aligning engineering, design, and stakeholders on scope and tradeoffs
Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions while evaluating tradeoffs through the lens of customer value, time to impact, and long-term platform health
Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to understand buying signals, objections, rollout blockers, and expansion drivers
Drive cross-functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives to ensure timely delivery and clear ownership
Validate solutions with customers early and often using prototypes, betas, and rapid iterations before scaling investments
