AI Developer/Software Engineer
About this role
Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.
This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with proven experience developing applications using Base44. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting applications within Base44, as well as developing integrations, workflows, automations, and other technical solutions that support our growing business.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, understand business requirements, solve technical problems, and turn ideas into practical, functional solutions.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Work Model: Hybrid; 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely
- Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
- Compensation: Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills
- Payment: Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Base44
- Build and manage integrations, APIs, workflows, and automations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience
- Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes
- Test, refine, and implement new functionality as business needs evolve
Remote Work Technical Requirements
Because this is a hybrid position, candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days.

- Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
- 16 GB RAM
- Dual monitors
- Webcam and headset
- i5 processor or higher
- Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
- Backup power solution
- Microsoft Teams / Office 365

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking an AI Developer / Software Engineer with hands-on Base44 development experience.
Base44 will be a primary platform used in this role, so candidates who have already built and developed applications using Base44 will have a significant advantage during the selection process.
Experience with other AI-powered development platforms, application builders, automation tools, APIs, integrations, or traditional software development environments is also valuable, but proven Base44 experience is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver who is comfortable working independently, learning new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and turning business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base44
- Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be based in or within traveling distance of Barranquilla, Colombia
- Must be able to work from the office 2–3 days per week
