About the Role

This is more than a retail role.

Based in our Brisbane City clinic, you'll support customers as they begin or continue their sleep therapy journey. Combining customer service, education and hands-on clinical support, you'll work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to help customers achieve the best therapy outcomes.

Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service or healthcare, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone

• Conduct basic sleep assessments under clinical guidance

• Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment

• Educate customers and families on sleep health and therapy options

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to help customers stay on track

• Manage payments, stock levels and day-to-day clinic operations

• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming clinic environment

What You'll Bring

• Experience in retail, customer service or a people-focused environment

• A caring, patient and empathetic approach

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Confidence building relationships with customers and healthcare professionals

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Healthcare experience is welcome but not essential.
