Lead Accounting Clerk

Join a team that performs advanced or specialized work that requires comprehensive knowledge of accounting theory and principles. You will be responsible for ensuring robust financial controls are in place and drive compliance. You will also be responsible for driving cost reduction initiatives and working capital improvements. You will provide guidance for strategic and growth initiatives. You will be involved in decision making with the leadership to achieve targets set in the Annual Operating Plan. You will be required to provide finance leadership in monthly operations reviews. You will drive ontime and accurate management reporting and lead any deep-dive analysis as required. You will be responsible for accounting of complex transactions and verify and approve journal entries and accounting classifications. You will ensure seamless coordination across multiple geographies as required.

JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain books of accounts
• Prepare monthly cash forecast
• Drive timely statutory filings
• Coordinate audit requests
• Ensure timely book closure
• Drive Accuracy
• Coordinate Statutory reporting
• Ensure Compliance

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
