Inside Sales Associate II

Responsible for providing support in the selling of Resideo products and/or services to existing customers and identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams. Drive business growth by maintaining and identifying new selling opportunities with existing customers as well as generating/converting new business with customer prospects. Identify possible improvement opportunities. Exhibit understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures. 

JOB ACTIVITIES

• Maintain Existing Customer base

• Manage Sales Cycle

• Provide Excellent Customer Support

• Maintain and build rapport within territory

• Drive incremental business     

• Build and Execute Strong Opportunity Pipeline

• Drive incremental business through NPI, Conversion, Add-on Opportunity

• Manage and Support high-volume customer territory ($10-20M) 

• Raise Escalations

• Work with Larger Sales Organizations 

   

WE VALUE
Bachelor’s Degree

     ▪ 2+ years prior sales experience
     ▪ Prior industry experience
     ▪ Strong interpersonal skills
     ▪ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
