WHAT YOU’LL DO

No two days are exactly alike. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout our community, help troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, maintain the property and grounds, and respond to resident maintenance requests.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, and enjoys being the person others can count on when something needs to be fixed.
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property or general building maintenance is a plus — but we’re also interested in mechanically inclined candidates with strong hands-on skills who are ready to grow.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Candidates must also be able to meet required background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $23–$25+/hour, based on experience and negotiable
On-Call: Every 3rd weekend — additional compensation + paid 8-hour day off
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
