Earn up to $150,000 - $300,000 annually
Flexible Schedule
About the Role
Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
Apply finish work as needed for every application
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
Key Qualifications
3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
Knowledge of residential walk-in showers and tubs with surround - stone panels (Kohler)
Experience setting drains and installing valves
Must have an EIN with established LLC or Business
Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance
Preferred crew size is 2 or more
Preferred crew has their own enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
