About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience building modern web applications using React and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development skills, experience building RESTful APIs with Fast API, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and a strong interest in Generative AI and AI-powered software development.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python.
  • Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Develop secure, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows engineering best practices.
  • Explore and apply Generative AI technologies to enhance developer productivity and product capabilities.
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern API development frameworks such as Fast API.
  • Solid experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized deployments with Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
