About the Role

As a Principal Fraud Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to banking and financial services clients, helping them strengthen fraud strategies, optimise solution performance, and maximise value from fraud and risk solutions. Working across a portfolio of strategic accounts, you will provide expert guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and support customers in addressing complex fraud challenges while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Help customers develop fraud strategies, improve solution adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Build long-term customer roadmaps aligned to business and fraud prevention objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to expand solution usage and deliver additional value.

Fraud & Risk Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on fraud prevention, identity, authentication, and digital risk solutions.

  • Analyse fraud trends and solution performance to recommend improvements and optimisation strategies.

  • Advise customers on emerging fraud threats, risk management, and best practices.

Customer Value & Growth

  • Partner with Account Managers to support customer retention, growth, and solution expansion.

  • Lead business reviews and strategic discussions with customer stakeholders.

  • Proactively address adoption challenges and drive customer success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to support customer objectives.

  • Share customer insights and industry expertise to influence product and go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent the business in customer engagements, workshops, and industry events.

Senior Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as a senior fraud SME and trusted advisor across strategic customer engagements.

  • Mentor colleagues through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance.

  • Help shape customer engagement standards and advisory approaches across the team.
