Starbucks Supervisor
About this role
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring, coaching and training new associates.
Ensure all standards are being met related to quality and products.
Supervisor the daily operation of the shift, organize, maintain stock and assist as staff
needed.
Follow all health and company standards.
Schedule staff according to business demands.
Place any orders as necessary for the product standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills verbal and written
High work ethic and self-initiative
Regular attendance according to established guidelines
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete
work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest
confidentiality at all times
Ability to effectively supervise associates
Strong problem solving skills
Efficient with technology and systems
Well versed in health and liquor guidelines
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Lift approximately thirty (30) pounds
Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing,
listening and hearing ability and visual ability
Extreme temperatures

- Physical Requirements (In-Office Role) $21.00 hr
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset
