Why this role matters
We are currently looking for a Quality Admin for Shadwan project, Ras Gharib, Egypt to join our Sustainability, HSSE & Quality team. In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to Quality Management throughout the structuring, delivery, and operation phases of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring quality documentation, records control, reporting, audit coordination, and data management are handled effectively.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Maintain project quality documentation, registers, and controlled records.
- Support preparation, issue, and distribution of Quality Plans, procedures, templates, and forms.
- Administer Quality Management System tools, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Track and manage registers for quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate collection and filing of inspection and test plans, reports, and certificates.
- Support quality meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up actions.
- Compile quality data, KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reports.
- Coordinate schedules for inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.
- Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, and close-out documentation.
- Provide administrative support to site quality personnel and maintain lessons learned records.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, quality, document control, or project administration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, document control, or quality coordination.
- Experience in construction project environments, preferably supporting quality or engineering teams.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ownership of administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital quality/document management systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
