Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will help generate new business by qualifying leads and driving campaigns to increase and expand our engagement with Legal and IT teams across EMEA. You will also focus on the development of each qualified lead, passing to your partnered Account Executive to further qualify, and help solve the prospective customer's problems using Relativity's cloud technology, RelativityOne and Relativity aiR.

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads for core cloud and generative AI products

  • Analyze business opportunities insights and develop strategic plans for outreach

  • Develop outreach campaigns to produce new sales prospects through multiple mediums (email, phone, BASHO)

  • Maintain a meticulously accurate tracking of communication with prospective customers in our CRM, SalesForce.com

  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations between account executives and potential customers

  • Partner with account executives and sales leaders to gather and design industry specific data to help guide conversations with potential leads and develop a strategic approach to reach a targeted set of accounts

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process

  • Develop the experience to become an Enterprise Sales Professional in the tech industry

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business-related experience, sales, client-facing, marketing, consulting

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, planning, and social selling across a designated set of accounts

  • Experience with Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Fundraising

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Strong written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building outbound demand in the LegalTech and/or Compliance SaaS market

  • Experience building pipeline with legal professionals

  • Experience working with Gong, Claude, Co Pilot

  • Experience guiding business objectives

  • Relevant work experience with interpreting data to tell a story

  • French, German and Dutch language skills are a bonus

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

83 000 and 125 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
