We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career within a luxury, award-winning kitchen environment.
What you'll do:
- Support the Head Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchens
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Lead and motivate team members, supporting training and development
- Manage sections, rotas, and stock as required
- Step in confidently across different kitchen areas as business needs dictate
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Fine dining and high-volume luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability across a fast-paced, multi-outlet operation
- A genuine passion for culinary excellence
