Overview

As a Program Manager, Marketing Operations Tools, you will lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of marketing productivity platforms that support planning, workflow management, reporting, proofing, and collaboration. You will partner with teams across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, MarTech, IT, and external vendors to create scalable, well-governed solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals.
You will help transform operational tools from simple systems of record into solutions that enable better decision-making, stronger collaboration, and future growth.

 


Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Own the program strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of operational and productivity tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Monday.com, CrossCap, and similar platforms.
  • Lead tool enhancements, lifecycle planning, upgrades, integrations, and change management activities in partnership with IT and MarTech teams.
  • Create scalable workflows, governance standards, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility and business performance.
  • Develop onboarding resources, training materials, and adoption strategies that help teams successfully use tools and processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify business needs, prioritize improvements, and support long-term success.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve productivity and support organizational transformation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Experience managing SaaS, workflow, or productivity platforms and supporting users across multiple teams.
  • Experience collaborating with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of marketing/creative process design, workflow optimization, reporting, and change management practices.
  • Ability to translate complex information into practical solutions and user-friendly guidance.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market processes, multiple project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban), AI-enabled productivity tools, and operational reporting is preferred.

Pay Range

$85,400.00 - $136,700.00 per year
