Fixed Annuity Specialist

At Regions, the Fixed Annuity Specialist processes fixed annuity documentation received from agents in the branches in an accurate and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews processed paperwork for accuracy and completion

• Maintains and prioritizes work flow in accordance with internal procedures

• Communicates with agents and branches as needed for additional documentation, resolution of system issues, and follow up

• Analyzes data to determine answers to questions from licensed agents and Financial Advisors related to existing annuity accounts and product information

• Refers unresolved agent/customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation/review

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Great customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$40,000.00 USD

50th Percentile:

$48,310.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
