SENIOR IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site role)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the company's IT environment while providing advanced technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced troubleshooting and resolution for internet and network issues, including escalated cases from first-level support.

Provide in-depth support for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 and other office productivity applications, resolving complex end-user issues.

Manage and maintain email systems, ensuring service continuity and addressing advanced configuration and security concerns.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair printers and multifunctional devices, including hardware and connectivity issues.

Conduct user training sessions on software usage and prepare user guides and technical documentation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Support business-critical applications, including ERP, CAD, CAM, and ECAD systems, performing configuration and integration tasks.

Participate in process automation initiatives and contribute to evaluating, testing, and implementing new software solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Administer and support IT endpoint and mobile device management solutions, including Endpoint Central, MDM, and ServiceDesk Plus.

Qualifications:

Higher education in Information Technology.

Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) is considered an advantage.

Experience supporting ERP/PDM systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

High sense of responsibility and customer-oriented attitude.

Good command of Latvian and English.
