About the Job:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to have a meaningful impact as we scale our global healthcare innovation platform. This person will work closely with our Technology hiring managers and leaders to define, optimize, and execute talent attraction strategies across internal hiring and our talent ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic priorities like global expansion, founder identification, and portfolio company talent advisory.
You would be scaling a technology practice that combines a frontier applied AI lab with deep healthtech investing expertise. Our ambitious technologists have founded companies worth more than two billion dollars, built systems that serve hundreds of millions of patients, providers, and expert users, and run inside NASA, CIA, and 90% of the Fortune 500.
What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with senior Redesign Health leadership to understand talent needs, offering strategic guidance on team structure, hiring strategies, and market insights.
Talent acquisition strategy development and execution: Lead the development, execution, and iteration of talent strategies to help Resign Founders attract their most critical founding team members.
Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including referrals, social media, technical communities, and professional networks.
Own end-to-end searches from conducting initial candidate evaluations through offer completion while aligning with company culture, building candidate trust, and providing a positive experience.
Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders on talent acquisition trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
Advise select portfolio companies and Founders on talent attraction strategies and priority recruiting needs.
What You’ll Need:
8+ years of recruiting experience in a technology startup. Proven success recruiting Applied AI Engineers, CTOs, architects, and technology leaders.
Demonstrated track record of attracting and recruiting exceptional candidates in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Core focus in technical recruiting with a proven ability to identify, attract, and evaluate in-demand engineering and technical talent.
You anticipate future trends and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, diving into details when necessary to address challenges.
You excel at building trust and inspiring confidence, fostering a cohesive work environment, and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders.
You identify and communicate insights, updates, and recommendations clearly, driving alignment and action with urgency.

Location & Compensation: This role will be based in either NYC or SF and ideally work in a hybrid fashion 3 days/week. Compensation will range between $140K-$180K depending on location and experience and also includes compelling fund equity.
