PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST / Outpatient
Recovia, LLC is seeking a PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST for our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic. The pay is $19/hr.
Hours are M-F, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance patient interactions and support our mission of delivering compassionate and individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
- Educate patients about services offered and guide them through their treatment journey.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our values of compassion and inclusivity.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical office setting, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems is preferred.
