Recovia, LLC is seeking a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LCSW LAC LPC for our Deer Valley Clinic at 19636 N 27th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85027
Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.

- Work Hours of 8-5 or 9-6, with 1 hour for lunch

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.

Requirements
Must be licensed as a LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
