The Role: Sales Enablement Content Strategist
Reality Defender is looking for a content-first storyteller to own sales enablement content - translating our evolving product and the fast-moving deepfake threat landscape into the materials our sales and customer success teams use every day to win and retain enterprise, financial services, and government customers. This is a writing- and content-heavy role and you'll work closely with Product to understand what's shipping and why, and turn that into sharp, credible content that connects the evolving threat landscape to what Reality Defender actually does about it. For the right person, this role has a clear path to grow into a broader product marketing strategist position as the team scales. Responsibilities include:
Own the creation of sales enablement content: pitch decks, datasheets, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
Partner closely with Product to understand new features and releases, and translate them into clear, compelling content tied to the evolving deepfake and AI-fraud threat landscape.
Write and maintain product positioning and messaging for security leaders, fraud teams, and government stakeholders.
Develop compelling case studies, use cases, and customer stories.
Work with sales and product teams to gather field feedback and continuously sharpen enablement materials.
Partner with demand generation and content teams on campaigns that reinforce core product positioning.
Conduct light market and competitive research to keep messaging sharp and current.
Who you are.
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technical space.
An excellent writer first and foremost, with a track record of turning technical, fast-changing product features into clear, persuasive content.
Comfortable digging into technical detail and translating it for a range of audiences, from security engineers to executive buyers.
Highly collaborative - you will work with product, sales, and customer success on a daily basis.
Strong product marketing/ go-to-market instincts are a plus, and a path to grow into that scope over time.
Prior experience at an early stage or fast-growth startup is a plus.
