The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Augusta, Georgia.
As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.
This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required. We provide licensing training and cover pre-licensing fees.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a plan for agency growth
- Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
- Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
- Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
- Build lasting client and community relationships
- Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Georgia insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
- Unlimited commission and bonus potential
- $5,000 launch bonus
- Up to $6,000 in office-branding support
- Enhanced compensation with a 340% multiplier
- Up to $500 per month in marketing support
- Licensing and hands-on district support
- Direct mentorship from District Manager Richard Rappa
