About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Develop hiring strategies for timely closure of positions
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement planning
Handle offer negotiation and onboarding process
2. HR Operations
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HRMIS
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws
Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and audits
Handle inspections and documentation as required
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture
Drive retention strategies and improve employee satisfaction
5. Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI)
Support managers in performance reviews and feedback
Drive increment and promotion cycles
6. Policy & Process Development
Develop and update HR policies and SOPs
Ensure proper implementation across the organization
Drive process improvements and automation
7. Leadership & Coordination
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Guide and support the HR team
Work closely with different departments for business alignment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR operations & compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and MS Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a managerial role)
