Description
We're looking for a dependable and experienced Paint Installer to join our team in completing residential painting projects. You'll play a key role in preparing, painting, and finishing new homes while delivering quality workmanship, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project meets Rally Construction Group's standards.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform interior and exterior painting according to builder specifications
- Ensure consistent color, coverage, and finish quality throughout each project
- Complete touch-ups and corrections as needed before builder walkthroughs
- Work with supervisors and team members to maintain project schedules
- Maintain painting equipment, tools, and materials
- Follow all Rally Construction Group safety and quality standards
What You Need
- Previous experience installing residential or commercial paint finishes
- Experience using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite
- Ability to work safely on ladders and in various weather conditions when required
